Monday.
Lunch: Whipped potato. Coleslaw. Chicken.
(What I think led to the tragedy for the rest of the wk)
Dinner: 2chicken wings.
Sleep: Lights out- 2300. 0144. 0348. 0434. 1100.
Tuesday.
Lunch: White porridge. Fermented beancurd. Olive vege.
Dinner: Cup noodles with egg.
Sleep: Lights out- 2300. 0038. (Woke up to ice myselk & spoke to sayang)
0247. 0328. 0517. 1130.
Wednesday.
Breakfast: Milk. Bread.
Lunch: Milk. Yoghurt.
Dinner Milk. 2Eggs.
Sleep: Lights out- 2300. 0018. 0337. 0550. 1145.
Thursday.
Lunch: Egg. Potato. Beancurd.
Rubbish: Bubble-tea.
Dinner: Beef congee with egg.
Rubbish: M&Ms dark chocolate, nuggets, fries.
Sleep: Lights out- 0115. 0343. 0525. 0658. 0832. 1038. 1145.
I spent 4 days sleepin' like crap. But at least I always sleep the best frm 6am
to 11am. Until las night. I think I shldnt have gone out for some sun.
Or maybe I shldnt have eaten those rubbish.
My head is gonna explode. I feel like I havent slept at all.
